Maverick
In order to maximize efficiency and reduce installation costs, we successfully integrated a finned tube economizer within the boiler enclosure. Most of the steam boiler we have are with an integrated economizer ensuring an 85% efficiency when firing natural gas.

When required by special application, a radiant convective type superheater can be added in the Maverick furnace. This design allows for high pressures and high temperatures up to 750 psig and 750oF.

Designed as a forced circulation heater similar to the Lamont design. Complete water cooled construction, the only refractory being at the burner throat and 2 retractable convective modules as suggested for an easier access for maintenance.

By modifying the steam pressure parts, the Maverick is available up to 600 HP at 200 psig design with an integrated economizer meeting the Ontario operating engineer act.

Low Water Volume
Nomad

We combined 2" diameter flexible tubes and A-Type frame approach. We also used complete water cooled front and rear walls with large downcomers. The low profile design allows easy road transport as the maximum boiler height is 14' .

COMMANDER
To ease field erection, a ferrule approach was used to fix the tubes to headers or drums. Small downcomers tubes were incorporated within the front and rear wall insulation. By using ceramic fiber blocks in the rear and front walls, we eliminated most of the refractory.
